📋 Description
- • Bi-lingual Pharmacy Tech Rep providing essential patient support for IQVIA’s Opus Health program, assisting patients, pharmacies, and medical professionals with payment assistance solutions like co-pay cards and vouchers.
- • Day-to-day responsibilities include handling inbound calls, emails, and faxes to resolve customer issues such as card activation, program eligibility, benefit explanations, and troubleshooting submission rejections; documenting interactions and escalating unresolved cases promptly.
- • Part of IQVIA’s Commercial Sales & Medical Solutions (CSMS) division, a global leader with 10,000+ field professionals supporting biopharma and medical device companies in delivering therapies to patients worldwide.
- • Opportunity to develop expertise in patient support programs, healthcare operations, and call center management while working remotely under moderate supervision, with potential for conversion to a full-time IQVIA employee.
