📋 Description
- • Bi-lingual Pharmacy Tech Support/Call Center Rep (Work from Home) – Provide essential patient support for IQVIA’s Opus Health programs by assisting patients, pharmacies, and medical professionals with payment assistance solutions such as co-pay cards and vouchers.
- • Day-to-day responsibilities include handling inbound calls, emails, and faxes to address card activation, program eligibility, benefit explanations, and troubleshooting submission rejections; documenting resolutions; escalating complex issues; and identifying operational improvements.
- • Join IQVIA’s Commercial Sales & Medical Solutions (CSMS) division, a global leader with 10,000+ field professionals across 30+ countries, dedicated to helping biopharma and medical device companies deliver therapies and demonstrate value to patients and providers.
- • Develop expertise in patient support programs, healthcare reimbursement processes, and HIPAA-compliant communication while gaining experience in a fast-paced, mission-driven healthcare environment with potential for conversion to a full-time IQVIA role.
