- • This role is a Bi-Lingual (Spanish/English) Full-Time Remote Customer Service Representative for Emergency Roadside Service with AAA The Auto Club Group, where you will be the first point of contact for members in distress, providing critical assistance during vehicle breakdowns and emergencies.
- • Day to day, you will respond to high-volume emergency roadside service requests in a call center environment, gather essential member and vehicle information, communicate with service contractors to coordinate timely assistance, document all interactions in the D2000 database, notify members of estimated arrival times, and identify opportunities to promote membership and additional ACG products and services.
- • You will join a dedicated team within AAA The Auto Club Group, the second largest AAA club in North America, serving over 14 million members across 14 states and two U.S. territories through trusted brands like AAA, Meemic, and Fremont, all committed to helping members enjoy life’s journey through insurance, travel, financial services, and roadside assistance.
- • In this role, you will develop strong customer service, communication, and problem-solving skills, gain experience in a fast-paced remote call center environment, learn to navigate multiple systems and applications, and have the opportunity to earn performance-based incentives, attendance bonuses, and bilingual subsidies while building a career with a nationally recognized organization that values employee growth and recognition.
🎯 Requirements
- • High school diploma or equivalent
- • 6 months of customer service experience
- • Must be fluent in both Spanish and English (bilingual requirement)
- • Ability to accurately input information into PC systems and navigate multiple applications including Internet, email, and company software
- • Strong interpersonal and communication skills with demonstrated ability to de-escalate situations and practice effective listening
- • Willingness to work irregular hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, with flexibility for occasional schedule adjustments
