📋 Description
- • Bilingual Behavioral Health Therapist (LSMW, LCSW) providing comprehensive behavioral health services for pediatric and adolescent patients in a primary care collaborative model, addressing conditions such as depression, anxiety, ADD, and conduct disorders through evidence-based practices.
- • Day-to-day responsibilities include performing psychosocial assessments, delivering individual, family, and group therapy using evidence-based modalities, maintaining documentation and treatment plans, collaborating with patients, families, and care teams, managing a caseload of 30-35 patients weekly, responding to urgent needs, and upholding professional development and company compliance.

🎯 Requirements
- • Master’s Degree in Social Work or a related field required
- • Bilingual Spanish Speaking
- • Relevant therapist license in the state(s) practicing (LMSW- NY)
- • MUST have experience with pediatric and adolescent patients
- • Experience providing teletherapy to children and adolescents preferred
- • Knowledge of medical terminology
