- • The Bilingual Call Center Agent role supports the Foundation for California Community Colleges’ mission to enhance student success and expand economic mobility by providing accurate, empathetic assistance to families accessing social services across California.
- • Day-to-day responsibilities include handling inbound and outbound calls, assessing client eligibility for benefits, troubleshooting issues, documenting interactions in CRM systems, escalating complex cases, and collaborating with internal teams to resolve inquiries and improve service delivery.
