- • Respond to incoming client and sales inquiries regarding issues with online account applications and documentation requirements for new account openings.
- • Assist processing teams with client outreach to obtain necessary information for account approval.
- • Review documentation related to new account applications to ensure completeness and compliance.
- • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to facilitate account approval and ongoing account maintenance.
- • Identify opportunities to improve the online application and account opening process to enhance client experience and operational efficiency.
- • Cross-reference multiple databases to verify client information and ensure regulatory compliance with AML and KYC requirements prior to account activation.
- • Adhere to all regulatory requirements and internal policies and procedures governing account opening and client services.
- • Correspond directly with clients, sales representatives, and internal client service teams via phone, email, and other communication channels.
- • Maintain accurate records and documentation for all client interactions and account-related activities.
- • Demonstrate strong initiative and analytical thinking to resolve complex client issues and streamline operational workflows.
- • Work in a hybrid environment with three days per week in the Chicago, IL office and two days remote.
- • Support the New Accounts team in building and maintaining one of the world’s strongest brokerage brands through exceptional client service.
- • Utilize MS Office applications to manage documentation, track client communications, and report on account status.
- • Ensure all client interactions reflect Interactive Brokers’ commitment to precision, compliance, and client-centric service.
🎯 Requirements
- • Bachelor’s Degree
- • Excellent command of written and spoken Spanish and English
- • Proficient user of MS Office applications
- • Must be well organized, prioritize effectively, think critically, and have a strong ability to multi-task
- • Self-organized team player with exceptional attention to detail
- • FINRA licensing preferred
