- • This hybrid technical support role at Interactive Brokers LLC in Chicago, IL is critical to delivering seamless client experiences by resolving platform issues and serving as a trusted liaison between users and internal teams. As a Bilingual Client Technical Support Specialist fluent in French and English, you will directly impact client satisfaction and operational efficiency in a fast-paced, technology-driven financial services environment.
- • Day to day, you will provide multilingual support via phone, chat, and ticketing systems; troubleshoot desktop (Windows, macOS, Linux) and mobile (Android, iOS) applications; assist with web-based platform issues; identify, investigate, and escalate widespread technical problems; and collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely resolutions for clients across global markets.
