- • As a Bilingual Client Technical Support Specialist fluent in Mandarin and English, you will serve as a critical bridge between Interactive Brokers’ global clients and internal technical teams, ensuring timely resolution of platform issues and enhancing client satisfaction in one of the world’s leading electronic brokerage firms.
- • Day to day, you will provide technical and functional support via phone, chat, and ticketing systems for Interactive Brokers’ desktop (Windows, macOS, Linux) and mobile (Android, iOS) platforms, troubleshoot web-based offerings, and manage problem resolution for wide-scale technical issues while acting as a liaison between clients and internal teams.
- • You will join the Client Technical Support team within Interactive Brokers LLC, a globally recognized financial technology leader headquartered in Greenwich, CT, with operations in over 15 countries and a reputation for innovation, having been ranked #1 online broker by Barron’s for six consecutive years.
