- • This is a hybrid Bilingual Client Technical Support role (4 days in office, 1 day remote) within Interactive Brokers’ Client Technical Support L1 team, where you will serve as a key liaison between clients and internal teams to resolve technical issues across the company’s global trading platforms.
- • Day to day, you will provide support to clients via phone, chat, and ticketing systems; troubleshoot desktop (Windows, macOS, Linux) and mobile (Android, iOS) applications; assist with web-based platform issues; and manage problem resolution for wide-scale technical incidents.
