- • As a Bilingual Client Technical Support Specialist (Portuguese/English) in the Client Technical Support L1 team at Interactive Brokers LLC, you will serve as a critical frontline resource for global clients, providing timely and effective technical assistance across the company’s trading platforms.
- • Day to day, you will support clients via phone, chat, and ticketing systems, troubleshooting technical and functional issues on desktop (Windows, macOS, Linux) and mobile (Android, iOS) applications, as well as web-based offerings, while escalating complex problems to internal teams for resolution.
- • You will join a dynamic, multinational team at a globally recognized financial technology leader headquartered in Greenwich, CT, with operations in over 15 countries, known for innovative trading technology and client-centric service.
- • In this role, you will develop deep expertise in financial trading platforms, enhance your technical troubleshooting and client communication skills, and gain exposure to global financial markets while contributing to the reliability and reputation of one of the world’s top-ranked online brokers.
