- • This is a hybrid technical support role (4 days in office, 1 day remote) providing bilingual Russian/English assistance to clients of Interactive Brokers, a global leader in electronic brokerage services recognized as #1 online broker by Barron’s for six consecutive years.
- • Day-to-day responsibilities include supporting clients via phone, chat, and ticketing systems; troubleshooting desktop (Windows, macOS, Linux) and mobile (Android, iOS) applications; resolving web-based platform issues; and managing problem resolution for widespread technical incidents while acting as a liaison between clients and internal teams.
- • You will join the Client Technical Support team within a multinational, innovative financial technology company headquartered in Greenwich, CT, with global operations serving individual and institutional clients across 200+ countries.
- • In this role, you will develop deep expertise in financial trading platforms, enhance technical problem-solving and communication skills, gain experience with ticketing systems and cross-functional collaboration, and grow within a company known for technological advancement and client-centric innovation.
