- • As a Bilingual Customer Care Representative (FR/ENG) at Equitable Bank, you will serve as a vital point of contact for customers, delivering exceptional service in both French and English across multiple communication channels. Your role is essential in building trust, resolving inquiries efficiently, and ensuring a seamless, positive experience that reflects the bank’s commitment to customer-centric banking.
- • Day to day, you will interact directly with customers via phone, email, and chat to understand their needs, troubleshoot issues, answer product and banking inquiries, resolve concerns, and perform proactive account maintenance. You will document interactions accurately, follow up on unresolved matters, and escalate complex cases when necessary, all while maintaining compliance with internal policies and regulatory standards.
- • You will be an integral member of the Digital Banking team, collaborating daily with Digital Operations, IT Operations, and Global Security & Marketing teams to ensure consistent service delivery, share customer insights, and support cross-functional initiatives aimed at enhancing the digital customer journey.
- • In this role, you will develop strong communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills while gaining deep exposure to retail banking products, digital banking platforms, and customer experience best practices. You’ll have the opportunity to grow within Equitable Bank’s customer-focused culture, potentially advancing into senior service roles, team leadership, or specialized positions in digital operations or customer experience management.
