• • As a Bilingual Customer Engagement Specialist in Avesis Incorporated's Dental Medicaid Call Center, you will serve as the vital link between Medicaid members and their dental care needs, providing compassionate support and expert guidance to help them navigate benefits and access essential services.
• • Day to day, you will answer 40-60 inbound calls ranging from routine to moderate complexity, accurately capture and update member information in systems, investigate unresolved issues by collaborating with internal teams, and ensure resolution through follow-up until closure.
• • You will join a dynamic, 100% remote team dedicated to enhancing member experience and improving health outcomes in underserved communities, operating within a supportive environment that values diversity, ethical standards, and career growth through skill-building and leadership development.
