- • As a Bilingual Dental Inbound Representative at Humana Inc., you serve as the first human connection for members and providers, playing a critical role in building trust, resolving concerns, and ensuring members feel informed and supported through empathetic, solution-focused interactions.
- • Day to day, you will handle 40+ inbound calls daily from members and providers in a fast-paced, back-to-back call center environment, addressing benefit questions, service issues, and general inquiries while documenting all interactions, escalating unresolved concerns, and meeting quality, productivity, and customer experience benchmarks.
- • You will be part of the Consumer Contacts team, reporting to the Inbound Contacts Supervisor, working remotely nationwide within a caring community dedicated to improving health outcomes for millions through Humana’s insurance and CenterWell healthcare services.
- • In this role, you will develop strong communication, problem-solving, and documentation skills while gaining deep knowledge of dental benefits, healthcare systems, and customer service excellence in a performance-driven environment that values accountability and empathy.
🎯 Requirements
- • Minimum 2 years of customer service experience
- • Bilingual in English and Spanish with fluency in speaking, reading, and writing both languages
- • Must reside in the Central or Eastern Time Zone
- • Experience documenting customer issues in detail and assessing support requests across multiple systems
- • Experience interpreting and responding to customer requests and escalating based on severity
- • Associate’s or Bachelor’s Degree preferred; healthcare or inbound call center experience a plus
