• • As a Bilingual Investment Services Representative at Interactive Brokers, you will play a critical role in delivering high-quality client support in both English and French, ensuring timely and accurate resolution of complex financial service inquiries for a global client base.
• • Your day-to-day responsibilities include managing client issues related to trade execution, margin analysis, platform functionality, and product inquiries across equities, options, futures, FX, and fixed income; collaborating with internal teams on system enhancements; and providing expert guidance on commission structures, interest, and fees.
