- • The Bilingual Lab Sales Representative role is critical to Avantor’s mission of supporting science at every stage by selling laboratory products and services to diverse customers in the Greater Montreal Area.
- • Day to day, the representative will manage a territory, prospect new clients, maintain existing relationships, deliver consultative sales, collaborate with sales leadership and manufacturer reps, and travel to customer sites at least 3 days per week.
- • Avantor is a global leader in mission-critical products and services for life sciences and advanced technologies, with a Sales team that enables internal teams worldwide to grow beyond their limits through talent acquisition and market expansion.
- • In this role, the individual will develop strategic selling skills, deepen scientific product knowledge, build lasting client relationships, and contribute directly to revenue growth while advancing their career in a supportive, inclusive environment.
🎯 Requirements
- • Bachelor’s degree in a scientific field (or equivalent education/experience)
- • 1+ years of experience in complex, solution-based sales environments involving multiple stakeholders
- • Bilingual French/English (oral and written) required
- • Valid driver’s license in good standing
- • Willingness to travel to customer sites at least 3 days per week
- • Ability to travel to the United States for annual sales conferences and periodic training
