This position plays a critical role in connecting patients with timely medical appointments and support, directly contributing to DocGo’s mission of delivering high-quality, affordable care where and when it’s needed.
- • Day-to-day responsibilities include conducting voice, email, SMS, and social media outreach to schedule patient appointments; handling inbound calls for pre- and post-visit support; documenting interactions in CRM or EMR systems; verifying insurance; coordinating with clinical and field teams; maintaining compliance with QA and KPI standards (minimum 85% QA, 80% ready time, 15% booking rate); and participating in department meetings.
