  • • As a Bilingual Representative, Customer Care at Element Fleet Management Corp., you will serve as a vital liaison between the company and its customers, ensuring superior service by processing claim information and addressing inquiries related to fleet incident and safety services. Your role directly supports Element’s mission to be people-first in fleet management, delivering exceptional client experiences through empathy, efficiency, and problem-solving.
  • • Day to day, you will provide service via telephone and electronic channels, assess customer needs, research issues, and deliver timely solutions while striving for first-call resolution. You will handle calls efficiently to minimize client wait times, demonstrate empathy in every interaction, meet individual and team performance targets, and collaborate effectively within a team environment—including providing backup support for administrative tasks when needed.

🎯 Requirements

  • • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Outlook, Excel)
  • • Must be bilingual in English and French
  • • 1+ years of customer service experience
  • • Ability to learn and navigate new software quickly
  • • Professional communication skills via telephone and email
  • • Ability to work full-time 5 days per week, including one weekend day
