- • As a Bilingual Sales Development Representative for SME & Growth at Airwallex, you will play a key role in expanding the company’s presence with bilingual customers across Quebec and Canada, helping small and medium-sized enterprises thrive in the global economy through tailored financial solutions.
- • Your day-to-day responsibilities include identifying and qualifying leads via phone, email, and social media in both English and French, building relationships with prospects, understanding their needs, presenting Airwallex’s solutions, and scheduling appointments for Account Executives to grow the pipeline in bilingual markets.
- • You will join a passionate, collaborative team within the SME & Growth Business unit that combines financial expertise with a growth mindset, dedicated to supporting SMEs through innovative cross-border payment solutions and revenue stream unlocking.
- • In this role, you will develop strong sales fundamentals, gain hands-on experience in outbound B2B sales, refine your bilingual communication and analytical skills, and grow into a future Account Executive through structured training and high-impact contributions to Airwallex’s mission of building the future of global finance.
🎯 Requirements
- • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience
- • Fluency in both French and English, with strong written and verbal communication skills in both languages
- • 1+ years of sales experience in outbound B2B sales
- • Experience or desire to work in a fast-paced, 0-1 environment (e.g., launching or growing a new product or region)
- • Strong analytical skills and an organized way of thinking/working
- • Proficiency in GSuite and sales tech tools such as Salesforce, Outreach, Zoominfo, and LinkedIn Sales Navigator
