📋 Description

• Bilingual Social Worker, Psychotherapist or Psychologist (Remote EAP Counsellor) – Provide short-term counselling to diverse clients through phone and video sessions, supporting mental health and well-being in the workplace.
• Day to day: Conduct clinical interventions using solution-focused approaches, manage administrative tasks via clinical templates and technology tools, participate in team meetings and peer groups, and maintain confidential remote practice while serving a varied client base.
• About the team or company: Join a team of 150 EAP counsellors in Quebec at TELUS Health, a global leader in health and well-being, where clinical autonomy is trusted, collaboration is encouraged, and well-being is valued through accessible supervisors and peer support.
• What the person can learn or achieve: Develop clinical skills in brief interventions, strengthen time management and crisis response abilities, grow professionally through paid training and supervision, and contribute to a purpose-driven culture focused on inclusion, diversity, and meaningful human connections.

🎯 Requirements

• Master’s or doctoral degree in mental health or a related field
• Registered member in good standing with the OPQ or OTSTCFQ (master’s level required)
• At least five years of clinical experience
• Proficiency in French required; bilingualism is an asset
• Ability to set short-term goals and use a solution-focused approach
• Empathetic with ability to manage crisis or high-risk situations
