- • The Bilingual Trade Issues Associate (Portuguese/English Fluent) role at Interactive Brokers LLC is critical to delivering high-quality client service in a global financial services environment, ensuring timely and accurate resolution of complex trading and account-related inquiries for Portuguese-speaking clients.
- • Day-to-day responsibilities include resolving routine and complex client service issues via phone, email, and chat; troubleshooting platform operability (Trader Workstation, Web Trader, Mobile Trader); assisting with cash deposits/withdrawals, position transfers, and account administration; explaining product attributes, order types, routing logic, margin calculations, commissions, interest, fees, and corporate actions; and coordinating with internal teams such as Programming, Clearing, Cashiering, and Compliance.
