- • The Bilingual Trade Issues Associate (Spanish/English Fluent) role at Interactive Brokers LLC is a client-facing position focused on resolving routine and complex service issues for global clients using the company’s trading platforms. This role is critical to ensuring seamless client experiences across international markets, particularly for Spanish-speaking clients, by providing accurate, timely, and courteous support on trading, account, and product-related inquiries.
- • Day-to-day responsibilities include troubleshooting platform operability (Trader Workstation, Web Trader, Mobile Trader), assisting with cash deposits/withdrawals, position transfers, and account administration; explaining product attributes, exchange functions, order types, routing logic, margin calculations, commission structures, and settlement processes; coordinating with internal teams such as Programming, Clearing, Cashiering, and Compliance; and utilizing computerized tracking systems to document and resolve client issues while maintaining high standards of service and initiative.
