📋 Description
- • Participate in the completion of tasks required to meet Key Success Indicators and Objectives within the Billing department.
- • The Billing department is primarily responsible for ensuring accuracy and completeness of billing for both the resident and client, ensuring timely processing and payment of LDC Bulk Bills and timely and accurate processing of Client Remittances.
- • Collaborate with the team to identify and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and accuracy.
- • Develop and maintain relationships with internal stakeholders to ensure seamless communication and collaboration.
- • Analyze and interpret data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
- • Provide support to the team during peak periods and special projects.
- • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records and reports as required.
- • Develop and implement procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
- • Participate in training and development programs to enhance skills and knowledge.

- • 2+ years of experience in a billing or accounting role.
- • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
- • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
