- • The Billing Analyst role at Monks is critical to ensuring accurate and timely invoicing, supporting financial operations, and enabling scalable billing systems that align with the company’s growth as a global digital-first marketing and technology services leader.
- • Day to day, the Billing Analyst will review contracts, IOs, and SOWs for billing accuracy; manage the billing engine and verify platform output; resolve invoice discrepancies with delivery teams; reconcile COGS accruals and bills monthly; assist legal and sales with customer credit and risk analysis; develop and maintain billing metrics for senior leadership; identify process improvements; and support ad hoc projects as needed.

🎯 Requirements
- • Bachelor’s degree completed in accounting, finance, or a related field
- • 3+ years of accounting experience, with at least 1 year in accounts receivable or billing
- • Proficiency in Excel and ability to work with large data sets and multiple computer systems
- • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to prioritize competing demands
- • Excellent written and spoken English communication skills
- • Experience in AdTech or technology startups is preferred
