- • Own the end-to-end rollout of August Health’s brand-new Billing product for senior living operators across North America—turning complex revenue-cycle workflows into intuitive, error-free processes that save finance teams hours every week and give families crystal-clear billing transparency.
- • Run discovery workshops with CFOs, revenue-cycle directors, and on-site business office managers to map current-state billing pain points, then translate those findings into a tailored configuration plan that preserves existing integrations (e.g., QuickBooks, Yardi, PointClickCare) while unlocking new efficiencies.
- • Configure the August Billing platform—chart of accounts, service codes, payer rules, automated late-fee triggers, family portal branding—so that every invoice is accurate on day one and every payment workflow feels effortless to community staff.
- • Build and maintain a master project plan in Asana that tracks data-migration milestones, user-training sessions, UAT sign-offs, and go-live criteria; proactively surface risks and mitigation strategies to both internal stakeholders and customer executives.
- • Deliver role-based training programs: deep-dive sessions for corporate billing analysts, quick-start videos for community business coordinators, and family-facing tutorials that reduce inbound “Why is my bill different this month?” calls by 30 %.
- • Travel up to 15 % to host on-site go-live celebrations, observe real-world usage, and gather feedback that directly shapes the next sprint’s roadmap; convert those field insights into internal playbooks and Loom videos that scale your expertise across the growing Implementation team.
- • Serve as the voice of the customer within Product & Engineering, presenting quarterly “Billing Voice” reports that highlight adoption blockers, feature gaps, and ROI wins—turning your frontline observations into roadmap priorities that move ARR and NPS.
- • Develop reusable assets—CSV templates, integration scripts, configuration checklists, and KPI dashboards—that cut future implementation timelines by 25 % and ensure every new customer experiences the same white-glove standard you set for launch customers.
- • Partner cross-functionally with Customer Success, Support, and Sales to craft a seamless post-launch handoff, including 30-60-90-day success plans, executive QBR agendas, and expansion roadmaps that grow account value.
- • Champion August’s values daily: leave every customer environment better than you found it, take decisive ownership when scope creeps, celebrate teammates’ wins, and maintain an open, humble mindset when iterating on process.
🎯 Requirements
- • 2+ years in a customer-facing role (Implementation, Customer Success, or Professional Services) with ownership of complex SaaS rollouts
- • Hands-on experience with billing, accounting, or revenue-cycle management—comfortable reading GL mappings, aging reports, and payer remits
- • Track record of translating finance or healthcare workflows into technical configuration specs; senior living or post-acute experience strongly preferred
- • Exceptional project-management discipline—proficient in Asana, Smartsheet, or similar—and the ability to juggle 5–8 concurrent implementations without dropping details
- • Willingness to travel up to 15 % across North America for on-site discovery, training, and go-live events
