• • The Billing & Posting Resolution Advocate (ECW and RCM) plays a critical role in ensuring accurate and timely billing, claims processing, and reimbursement for healthcare services, directly impacting the financial health of provider clients and compliance with payer regulations.
• • Day to day, the role involves overseeing claims production, billing insurance claims, following up on unpaid claims, managing denials, filing appeals, reviewing daily/weekly/monthly reports, and serving as a point of contact for billers needing guidance on complex tasks.
• • TruBridge is a healthcare technology and services company focused on revenue cycle management (RCM), providing end-to-end solutions to help healthcare providers optimize billing, collections, and operational efficiency.
