• • As a Billing Resolution Specialist at Expressable, you will play a critical role in ensuring timely and accurate reimbursement by resolving denied, rejected, and held claims, directly supporting the company’s mission to expand access to high-quality speech therapy services.
• • Your day-to-day responsibilities include researching and appealing denied claims, managing accounts receivable, performing medical necessity reviews, collaborating with clinical teams, and serving as a client-facing resource for billing and insurance inquiries.
