As a Blender 3D Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the visual identity of our adaptive AI avatars, directly impacting the user experience and the overall effectiveness of our platform. You will be instrumental in bringing our AI interviewers to life through meticulous 3D asset creation and refinement.
• • Your primary responsibility will involve the creation and meticulous refinement of high-quality 3D facial models using Blender. This includes everything from initial modeling and sculpting to ensuring the final assets are optimized for real-time performance. You will be expected to possess a deep understanding of facial anatomy and the nuances of human expression, translating this knowledge into compelling and believable 3D characters.
• • A significant aspect of this role will be the development of blendshapes and shape keys. These are crucial for achieving realistic facial expressions, enabling naturalistic lip-syncing for our AI avatars, and ensuring they can convey a wide range of emotions and reactions.
