📋 Description

  • • As a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) at Finni Health Inc., you will play a vital role in delivering compassionate, evidence-based behavioral health services to children with autism and developmental disabilities in Westchester County, New York. Your work will directly impact clients’ ability to reach their full potential through individualized, clinically sound interventions grounded in applied behavior analysis.
  • • You will conduct comprehensive assessments and diagnostic evaluations to identify behavioral needs and strengths, forming the foundation for personalized treatment plans that support skill development and reduce challenging behaviors across home, school, and community settings.
  • • You will develop and implement individualized behavior intervention plans (BIPs) and skill acquisition programs, ensuring they are tailored to each client’s unique profile, culturally responsive, and aligned with family goals and values.
  • • You will provide direct one-on-one therapy and hands-on family support, guiding caregivers in implementing strategies consistently to promote generalization and long-term success outside of clinical sessions.
  • • You will supervise and mentor Behavior Technicians (BTs) and Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs), offering clinical oversight, feedback, and professional development to ensure treatment fidelity and high-quality service delivery across all client cases.
  • • You will collaborate closely with interdisciplinary teams—including speech therapists, occupational therapists, educators, and physicians—to integrate behavioral health into holistic care plans that address the whole child.
  • • You will maintain meticulous, HIPAA-compliant documentation of sessions, progress notes, plan updates, and communications, ensuring accuracy, confidentiality, and compliance with funding source and state regulatory requirements.
  • • You will stay current with emerging research, best practices, and ethical guidelines in applied behavior analysis through ongoing professional development, contributing to a culture of continuous learning and innovation within the organization.

🎯 Requirements

  • • BCBA Certification required
  • • New York LBA (Licensed Behavior Analyst) required
  • • Master’s Degree in Applied Behavior Analysis or a related field
  • • Experience working with children and individuals with autism or developmental disabilities
  • • Strong clinical and interpersonal communication skills
  • • Active CPR Certification (or willingness to obtain)
  • • Ability to pass a background check (required by funding sources)
  • • Physical ability to work directly with children (including lifting up to 50 lbs, kneeling, sitting on the floor)
