📋 Description

• The Bodily Injury Claim Specialist role at ACG Systems, Inc. (The Auto Club Group) is a full-time, hybrid position responsible for handling complex auto and homeowner bodily injury liability claims, ensuring compliance with company procedures and state laws while supporting career growth in a mission-driven organization.
• Day-to-day duties include conducting coverage and liability investigations, obtaining statements and documents, negotiating settlements with represented and non-represented parties, preparing legal releases, authorizing payments, collaborating with legal teams, providing peer mentoring, and assisting management with special projects and reports.
• ACG is part of the national AAA federation and the second largest AAA club in North America, serving over 14 million members across 14 states and two U.S. territories through brands like AAA, Meemic, and Fremont, with a commitment to innovation, technology, and an inclusive, supportive workplace culture.
• In this role, you will develop advanced expertise in bodily injury claims, negotiation, subrogation, and state-specific insurance laws, while gaining leadership experience through mentoring and cross-functional collaboration, positioning you for long-term career advancement within a growing organization.

🎯 Requirements

• Associate degree in Business Administration, Insurance, or a related field, or equivalent work experience
• Three years of experience in negotiation of claim settlements, securing and evaluating evidence, subrogation, resolving coverage questions, taking statements, and establishing evaluation and resolution plans
• Completion of ACG Claim Representative Training Program or equivalent knowledge/experience, and eligibility to obtain a state adjuster’s license within 90 days of hire where required

• Competitive salary range of $75,000 to $85,000 annually with annual bonus potential based on performance
