- • As the founding operations hire for Boys Club, you will build and own the entire production layer for a culture-forward media brand and creative studio operating at the intersection of tech, finance, and internet culture within Polygon Labs, turning chaos into order by establishing systems for paid client work and editorial content.
- • You will manage the content calendar, pipeline, and production processes across paid client deliverables and editorial properties (Malware, Too Online, Boys Club Live), ensuring every asset has a clear owner, due date, and documented next step while coordinating internal teams, external partners, and freelancers.
- • You will build and implement briefing, trafficking, and approval workflows from initial brief to final delivery, run weekly cross-functional standups, escalate risks early, and support editorial and show production with the same rigor as client work.
- • You will use AI tools to accelerate operational tasks like generating briefs and organizing feedback, allowing your judgment to drive decisions while maintaining high standards in a fast-paced, async-heavy environment where unclear communication creates downstream problems.
🎯 Requirements
- • A track record of managing 20 or more creative assets simultaneously across multiple clients, formats, or content tracks, with evidence of building or improving production infrastructure to handle that volume
- • Experience coordinating across creative teams, external clients or partners, and freelancers or agencies on the same projects simultaneously with real accountability to all three
- • Strong written communication skills for creating crisp standup agendas, well-structured client recaps, and clear asset trafficking instructions in an async-heavy operation
- • Enough internet and cultural literacy to be a credible partner to a creative team with high standards, understanding audience fit and timeliness of deliverables
- • Demonstrated AI fluency as a daily operational practice, using tools like Claude, ChatGPT, or Notion AI to handle structural and research tasks while ensuring final outputs reflect your own judgment
