• • The BPL Post Closing Specialist plays a critical role in ensuring a smooth and accurate transition from loan closing to loan boarding and final file settlement for Valere Commercial, supporting compliance, data integrity, and timely delivery of collateral and documentation.
• • Day-to-day responsibilities include preparing and distributing loan data tapes, managing SFTP transfers of loan documents, responding to internal and external inquiries, supporting audit preparations, tracking remediation items, and coordinating with title companies, custodians, and servicing partners to maintain efficient post-closing workflows.
