  • • The Branch Manager at Newrez LLC is responsible for maintaining personal loan production at or above minimum volume and quality targets, structuring loan applications and terms, and ensuring alignment with client and company goals. This role drives branch performance through strategic initiatives, sales development, and leadership of retail branch teams.
  • • Day to day, the Branch Manager identifies market opportunities, recruits and develops Loan Consultants, executes market strategies to increase volume and profitability, monitors progress against annual business plans, holds performance discussions, manages the branch P&L, and ensures compliance with company policies and regulatory standards.

🎯 Requirements

  • • Graduation from a 4-year college or university with major coursework in a related discipline, or equivalent job/education experience
  • • Experience as a Producing Loan Consultant required; management experience with Producing Loan Consultants preferred
  • • 2+ years’ experience in mortgage production, including LOS (Loan Origination System) experience
  • • Strong managerial, organizational, and problem-solving skills with ability to multi-task and meet aggressive deadlines
  • • Demonstrated leadership, enthusiasm, and ability to recruit, motivate, and manage Loan Consultants
  • • Excellent interpersonal, oral, and written communication skills
