• • As the Brand and Growth Lead at Bastion Technologies Inc., you will transform the company's updated brand identity into a high-impact marketing engine that drives pipeline, builds market credibility, and attracts top talent in the rapidly evolving stablecoin infrastructure space.
• • You will operate as a hands-on, high-ownership marketer — writing copy, designing landing pages and one-pagers, building sales enablement assets, running demand generation campaigns, and measuring what converts — all while working closely with GTM and operations teams to align marketing with sales strategy.
• • Bastion enables financial institutions and enterprises to issue regulated stablecoins, generate revenue on reserves, and expand ecosystems through its platform combining stablecoin issuance, secure custody, and seamless orchestration for cross-border transfers and conversions; you will help make this value proposition visible and compelling to target buyers and talent.
• • In this role, you will learn to translate brand strategy into measurable market impact, build repeatable marketing playbooks from scratch, leverage AI and contractor networks to scale output, and shape Bastion’s long-term marketing roadmap as the function evolves from a team of one to a scalable growth engine.
