• • BJAK is seeking a dynamic and strategic Brand & Communications Manager to spearhead our brand narrative and elevate our reputation on both external and internal fronts. This pivotal role is designed for an individual who can artfully craft and disseminate messages that not only reinforce BJAK's standing but also actively fuel our business expansion and ensure unwavering alignment with our overarching strategic objectives. As a highly visible position within the organization, you will collaborate intimately with senior leadership, playing a crucial part in shaping the perception of BJAK among our valued customers, strategic partners, the media landscape, and our dedicated employees.
• • At the core of this role is the ownership and meticulous execution of BJAK's comprehensive brand and communications strategy. This encompasses all external and internal channels, with a paramount focus on maintaining absolute consistency in our brand voice, the clarity and impact of our messaging, and the precision of our positioning. You will be the guardian of our brand identity, ensuring that every communication touchpoint resonates with our core values and strategic intent.
• • A significant facet of your responsibility will be leading our media relations and Public Relations (PR) initiatives. This involves cultivating and nurturing robust relationships with journalists, key media outlets, and external PR agencies. Your objective will be to strategically secure high-impact media coverage that directly supports BJAK's growth trajectory, highlights our significant milestones, and amplifies our market presence. You will be the primary point of contact, translating our company's story into compelling narratives that capture media attention.
• • You will be instrumental in the development and oversight of critical communications assets. This includes, but is not limited to, crafting impactful press releases that announce significant news, developing comprehensive media kits that provide essential information, formulating executive messaging that reflects our leadership's vision, preparing effective talking points for various engagements, and creating detailed briefing materials for internal and external stakeholders. Your ability to distill complex information into accessible and engaging content will be key.
• • Proactive brand reputation management and adept crisis communications are paramount. You will be tasked with identifying potential risks to our brand's credibility before they escalate, and coordinating swift, strategic, and well-considered responses to protect BJAK's reputation during sensitive or challenging situations.
