  • • As a Senior Marketing Manager at Arxada, you will be instrumental in driving profitable growth for our Paints and Coatings portfolio. This pivotal role demands a strategic thinker with exceptional execution capabilities, focused on developing and implementing marketing strategies that capture market share and enhance customer value.
  • • You will own the end-to-end marketing strategy, from initial market analysis and segmentation to the meticulous execution of go-to-market plans. Your primary objective will be to position Arxada's differentiated solutions effectively, ensuring measurable impact on revenue, profit margins, and overall customer satisfaction.
  • • A core responsibility involves building and socializing a comprehensive 3-year segment marketing strategy. This includes in-depth market sizing, identifying robust growth hypotheses, analyzing competitor movements, and defining clear 'where to play' and 'how to win' strategies.
  • • Collaboration is key. You will work hand-in-hand with the Sales team to translate this overarching strategy into actionable annual plans. These plans will be defined by clear objectives, specific initiatives, allocated budgets, key performance indicators (KPIs), and proactive risk mitigation strategies.
  • • You will lead portfolio positioning and lifecycle management in close partnership with the Product Management team. This involves developing compelling value propositions for both established and innovative offerings.
  • • A significant aspect of your role will be crafting and communicating powerful sustainability narratives, highlighting benefits such as reduced VOCs and responsible biocide stewardship, alongside performance claims and crucial regulatory considerations like REACH and BPR.
  • • Owning launch excellence for New Product Introduction (NPI) and New Product Development (NPD) through the stage-gate process is critical. You will develop impactful messaging, gather supporting proof points, create compelling demonstrations, and build comprehensive sales playbooks to ensure successful product launches.
  • • You will design and execute integrated marketing campaigns, leveraging digital channels, industry events, and thought leadership content to generate Marketing Qualified Leads (MQLs) and build a robust sales pipeline. Continuous optimization of the channel mix and content strategy will be essential for maximizing campaign ROI.
  • • Maintaining a dynamic market and competitor intelligence program is a continuous requirement. This involves monitoring customers, emerging technologies, regulatory landscapes, and macro trends to inform strategic decisions.
  • • You will utilize CRM and Business Intelligence tools, such as Salesforce and Power BI, to meticulously track funnel health (MQL to SQL to Win rates), forecast accuracy, and campaign performance. Regular publication of executive dashboards will keep stakeholders informed.
  • • A crucial part of your role is partnering with Sales and Key Account Managers (KAMs). You will co-create account growth plans, equipping sales teams with compelling segment stories, impactful case studies, and effective objection-handling techniques.
  • • You will actively participate in strategic customer meetings, capturing invaluable voice-of-customer (VoC) feedback to inform product roadmaps and conduct thorough win-loss analysis.
  • • As a champion of cross-functional collaboration, you will work closely with R&D, Regulatory, EHS, Product Management, and Marketing Communications to ensure alignment and propose the optimal product solutions for our customers.
  • • You will be responsible for the creation, review, and approval of all written communications directed to customers, ensuring adherence to brand standards, legal guidelines, and quality system expectations.
