  • • As a Brand & Marketing Designer at Sweed AB, you will be the driving force behind our company's visual identity and communication strategy across all platforms. This senior-level role offers a unique opportunity to shape how Sweed is perceived by our customers, partners, and the wider industry. You will own and execute visual design initiatives that span our corporate website, marketing campaigns, product announcements, and external-facing materials, ensuring a cohesive and impactful brand presence.
  • • Your primary responsibility will be to maintain and evolve our corporate website, which is built on Webflow. This involves skillfully assembling new pages and sections, incorporating engaging animations, and ensuring all designs strictly adhere to our established brand guidelines. You'll be expected to leverage Webflow's capabilities to create dynamic and visually appealing online experiences that reflect Sweed's innovative spirit.
  • • You will be instrumental in creating compelling visuals for our social media channels and blog content. This includes developing eye-catching graphics, illustrations, and potentially short animated clips that capture attention and communicate our brand message effectively to a broad audience.
  • • A significant part of your role will involve designing a wide array of marketing materials. This includes crafting informative infographics for external publications, designing brochures, and developing other collateral that supports our marketing efforts and enhances our brand's visibility in the B2B and enterprise space.
  • • You will take ownership of the in-product announcement system. This means designing and implementing feature banners, release communications, and update visuals that are clear, concise, and align with the overall user experience of our platform. Your designs will help users understand new functionalities and updates seamlessly.
  • • Preparing high-impact presentations for critical stakeholders will be another key duty. This includes developing visually engaging decks for board meetings, executive reviews, and client discussions, ensuring that complex information is presented in a clear, professional, and persuasive manner.
  • • You will produce product walkthrough videos that clearly explain how our platform's features work. These videos are crucial for user onboarding and education, requiring you to translate technical functionalities into easily digestible visual narratives.
  • • Furthermore, you will create marketing videos designed to showcase new features and product capabilities. These videos will be vital for our marketing campaigns, aiming to generate excitement and drive adoption of our solutions.
  • • Designing print materials for exhibitions and industry events is also on your plate. This involves creating impactful booth designs, banners, and promotional materials that represent Sweed effectively in physical settings and attract potential clients.
  • • You will also be responsible for creating visual assets for enterprise email campaigns, ensuring that our email communications are visually appealing and reinforce our brand identity.
  • • Finally, you will design graphics and icons for eCommerce theming and client-facing storefront customization, enabling our clients to personalize their own retail experiences with Sweed's tools.
  • • This role demands a high degree of autonomy and responsibility, requiring you to manage multiple parallel workstreams independently while collaborating effectively with product, marketing, and leadership teams. Your ability to switch between different types of tasks efficiently and maintain a high level of quality across all outputs will be crucial for success.
  • • You will be expected to communicate professionally in English, both in written content preparation and verbal interactions, ensuring clear and effective collaboration within our globally distributed team.
  • • We are looking for someone who demonstrates strong ownership and proactivity, taking initiative to drive projects forward and solve challenges. A keen attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work are paramount. Your curiosity and willingness to deeply understand our product and the cannabis industry will be highly valued, enabling you to create designs that are not only aesthetically pleasing but also strategically effective.

🎯 Requirements

  • • Strong portfolio demonstrating marketing, web, and motion design work across various formats.
  • • Solid experience with Webflow, including page building, CMS, and animation capabilities.
  • • Advanced motion design and video editing skills using tools such as After Effects, Premiere Pro, or similar.
  • • Excellent visual composition, typography, and layout skills, with a strong understanding of design principles.
  • • Ability to adapt design across multiple formats including web, video, social media, email, and print.
  • • Experience collaborating with product, marketing, and leadership teams in a professional setting.
  • • English proficiency sufficient for professional communication and content preparation.
