- • The Brand Operations Specialist plays a critical role in keeping the Brand team organized, aligned, and operating at a high level by blending operations, coordination, and administrative support to ensure seamless execution across global stakeholders.
- • Day to day, the person will serve as a central coordinator for Brand team operations, manage complex calendars across time zones, plan and execute meetings (including QBRs and leadership reviews), oversee procurement and travel arrangements, handle expense reporting, support budget tracking, and partner with cross-functional teams like Legal, HR, and Finance to drive alignment and efficiency.

- • In this role, the person will develop expertise in operational excellence, AI enablement within brand initiatives, cross-functional stakeholder management, and change management—gaining the ability to anticipate needs, bring structure to complexity, and directly impact the success of the Brand organization through smarter workflows and team engagement.
