📋 Description

• Develop and maintain Gradion's social media presence, particularly on TikTok, from the early stages.
• Create short-form content across various platforms, including TikTok, Instagram Reels, Facebook, and YouTube Shorts.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to transform real company stories into engaging content.
• Experiment with creative formats, storytelling styles, and new trends.
• Utilize AI tools to improve the creative process and content workflow.
• Help shape how people perceive Gradion through content creation.

🎯 Requirements

• 5,000+ followers on a social media account or a stash of short-form videos across TikTok, Reels, and YouTube.
• Proficiency in using tools like CapCut or Premiere Pro for video editing.
• Strong English language skills for content creation and storytelling.
• Familiarity with AI tools like ChatGPT, Gemini, or Claude for improved productivity.
• Ability to think creatively and come up with innovative ideas for content.
