📋 Description

• • The Braze Lifecycle Manager (AI) at Maven Clinic drives product engagement, retention, and lifetime value across member journeys by owning lifecycle strategy, systems operations, and product team partnership. This role evolves lifecycle communications into an AI-native, automated, and scalable system that supports both business and clinical outcomes.
• • Day to day, the role involves owning end-to-end execution of lifecycle journeys across email, push, and in-app channels; managing Braze segmentation, personalization, QA, scheduling, and performance tracking; maintaining lifecycle hygiene and orchestration logic; identifying AI-driven personalization and automation opportunities; managing intake from Product, Clinical, Marketing, and other stakeholders via Jira; translating product features and clinical protocols into lifecycle strategies; leading initiatives to improve activation, retention, and behavior change; using analytics to identify performance gaps; designing and executing A/B tests; reporting on lifecycle performance; and ensuring quality, accessibility, tone, and inclusivity across all communications.

• • In this role, the person will learn to build AI-native lifecycle systems, deepen expertise in Braze and cross-channel orchestration, strengthen data-driven experimentation and analytics skills, enhance cross-functional partnership with Product, Engineering, and Clinical teams, and gain experience translating complex clinical and product concepts into high-impact member communications that drive adoption, adherence, and care plan completion.
