  • • Virtual Assistant role supporting U.S.-based clients from remote locations in LATAM, Africa, and Eastern Europe, requiring availability during U.S. business hours (9 AM–5 PM EST) to ensure seamless coordination and timely administrative support.
  • • The role is critical to maintaining operational efficiency by handling day-to-day administrative tasks, supporting reporting needs, managing digital communication, and assisting internal stakeholders, directly contributing to team productivity and client satisfaction.
  • • Day-to-day responsibilities include managing administrative workflows such as scheduling, email coordination, and document preparation to support team efficiency and organization.
  • • Creating and maintaining spreadsheet reports in Google Sheets or Excel to track key performance indicators and support data-driven decision-making for internal teams.
  • • Assisting Sales Leaders with administrative tasks like preparing meeting materials, updating CRM notes, and streamlining workflows to enhance sales operations.
  • • Responding to Google reviews professionally and promptly to uphold brand reputation and customer satisfaction.
  • • Posting and scheduling content across Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn as directed, ensuring consistent social media presence and engagement.
  • • Monitoring social media activity and reporting basic metrics when needed to support marketing and outreach efforts.
  • • Providing general office coordination support, including calendar management, meeting scheduling, and email triage for internal stakeholders.
  • • Helping manage digital tools and platforms used for communication and task tracking (e.g., Slack, Trello, Asana) to ensure smooth remote collaboration.

🎯 Requirements

  • • 1–2 years of experience as a Virtual Assistant or in a similar administrative support role.
  • • Proficiency in Google Sheets, Microsoft Excel, or similar reporting tools for creating and maintaining KPI trackers and data reports.
  • • Ability to manage and schedule content across social media platforms including Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn.
  • • Strong written and verbal communication skills for professional client and team interactions.
  • • Demonstrated ability to work independently in a remote setting with minimal supervision while managing multiple priorities.
  • • Familiarity with Google review management and responding to customer feedback in a timely, professional manner.
