📋 Description

• As a Business Development Manager for the Limerick and Galway region, you will play a key role in expanding Deliveroo’s restaurant network across the UK and Ireland, directly contributing to regional growth in a high-potential market.
• Your day-to-day responsibilities include mapping and prospecting new restaurant partners, conducting face-to-face visits, pitching Deliveroo’s platform, managing the onboarding process, and ensuring restaurant success within the first eight weeks through consistent follow-up and support.
• You will be part of the Regional UK and Ireland team, which drives Deliveroo’s performance across all four nations, working closely with a Regional Manager and operating with autonomy in a fast-paced, commercially focused environment.
• This role offers the opportunity to develop expertise in local market dynamics, negotiation, and food delivery economics while building lasting relationships with restaurant owners and contributing to Deliveroo’s mission of transforming how people access food.

🎯 Requirements

• Valid driving licence and access to a car, with willingness to travel extensively across the Limerick and Galway region
• Proven experience in new business development, including prospecting, pitching, and closing deals in a competitive market
• Strong negotiation skills with the ability to create win-win agreements between restaurants and Deliveroo
• Excellent communication abilities across face-to-face, phone, and email channels
• Commercial awareness of the food delivery industry, including understanding restaurant economics and Deliveroo’s business model
• Self-motivated, tenacious, and target-driven with a genuine interest in food and the restaurant industry
