- • Develop, research, test, and implement business process improvements, procedures, and system changes to enhance organizational efficiency.
- • Evaluate business process changes to identify, document, and quantify business impacts and anticipated benefits.
- • Serve as the subject matter expert for defining and documenting business requirements for process improvements and system enhancements.
- • Conduct effective interviews and research to determine stakeholder needs, business objectives, and functional requirements.
- • Create, analyze, and interpret workflow diagrams, activity diagrams, and workflow models to map current and future state processes.
- • Review technical design deliverables to ensure alignment with documented business objectives and operational goals.
- • Design and deliver training programs including needs assessment, material development, change communication, and user manuals.
- • Provide post-implementation support such as problem resolution, procedure adjustments, and change management activities.
- • Develop and deliver presentations containing models, findings, plans, and conclusions to stakeholders at technical and non-technical levels.
- • Continuously identify and propose strategies for process improvement across departments and functions.
- • Perform financial and risk analysis to support business case development, including cost-benefit analysis and return-on-investment assessments.
- • Apply project planning techniques and methodologies to scope, schedule, and track process improvement initiatives.
- • Utilize Excel extensively for data gathering, analysis, modeling, and reporting of business metrics and performance indicators.
- • Communicate complex business and technical information clearly and effectively to diverse audiences, including IT teams, executives, and operational staff.
- • Exercise independent judgment and discretion in analyzing problems, recommending solutions, and prioritizing initiatives.
- • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure business requirements are accurately translated into technical specifications and operational outcomes.
- • Maintain awareness of related IT systems and their operational impacts on business functions to inform requirement documentation and change management.
- • Ensure all business analysis activities comply with organizational information security and privacy policies due to access to sensitive data.
