📋 Description

• As a Business Analyst at TechTorch Solutions Inc., you will be instrumental in bridging the critical gap between complex business needs and actionable technical solutions. • Your role will involve deep engagement with business leaders, delivery managers, and engineering teams to meticulously analyze current-state processes, identify inefficiencies, and leverage cutting-edge data and AI-driven insights. You will be a key player in the design and successful delivery of scalable digital solutions across a spectrum of initiatives, including Artificial Intelligence (AI), enterprise data platforms, and modern Customer Relationship Management (CRM) ecosystems.
• A core responsibility is to act as the primary liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams. This involves ensuring seamless alignment between overarching business objectives and the practical execution of delivery plans. You will be responsible for gathering, meticulously documenting, and thoroughly analyzing detailed business and functional requirements for AI, data, and CRM projects, ensuring clarity and completeness.
• You will be tasked with mapping both current-state and future-state business processes. This analytical exercise will involve identifying critical gaps, pinpointing opportunities for optimization, and recommending strategies for automation to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
• Analyzing operational and business data will be a significant part of your role. You will delve into datasets to uncover critical trends, identify potential risks, and understand key performance drivers, translating raw data into actionable intelligence.
• To effectively communicate these insights, you will create compelling dashboards, reports, and visualizations using industry-standard tools such as Excel, SQL, Power BI, or Tableau. This will enable stakeholders to grasp complex information quickly and make informed decisions.
• You will have the opportunity to leverage AI tools to support your analysis, accelerate the generation of insights, and even prototype early concepts or solution approaches, staying at the cutting edge of technological application.
• Translating intricate business needs into clear, concise functional specifications, well-defined user stories, and precise acceptance criteria will be essential for guiding development teams.

• Supporting delivery tracking is another key aspect of your role. This includes actively managing requirements backlogs, identifying and mitigating dependencies, and ensuring the timely delivery of project milestones.
• Facilitating productive workshops, engaging stakeholder sessions, and conducting effective working meetings across the entire project lifecycle will be crucial for driving consensus and progress.
• You will also be involved in evaluating the effectiveness of delivered solutions and contributing to ongoing continuous improvement initiatives, ensuring that TechTorch's offerings remain best-in-class.
• While not strictly mandatory, experience with CRM-related initiatives, particularly with Salesforce exposure, will be highly beneficial and provide a distinct advantage in this role.

🎯 Requirements

• 6+ years of experience as a Business Analyst or in a similar role within consulting or enterprise environments.
• Proven experience working on technology and digital transformation projects, specifically including data, AI, CRM, or automation initiatives.
• Strong analytical skills with hands-on experience using data analysis and visualization tools such as Excel, SQL, Power BI, or Tableau.
• Background in management or technology consulting (Big 4, MBB, or equivalent strongly preferred).
• Experience translating business needs into technical or process-driven solutions.
• Familiarity with Agile, Scrum, or Waterfall delivery methodologies.
• Strong communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to engage effectively with both technical teams and senior business stakeholders.
