• As a Business Analyst at Cytora, you will operate at the intersection of insurance domain expertise and AI-driven innovation, working within client delivery teams to transform how insurers and brokers connect, operate, and grow through cutting-edge AI and Generative AI technologies.
• You will work day-to-day within client delivery teams under the coordination of a Delivery Manager, contributing to sprint planning, backlog refinement, and risk identification, while leading client discovery workshops, translating business needs into requirements and user stories, and designing AI-driven workflows using tools like Thoughtspot and Claude.
• You will be part of a mission-driven team at Cytora, now an Applied Systems company, revolutionizing the insurance industry by building an innovative platform that automates manual workflows into digital processes, with a reporting line into the Head of Business Analysis EMEA and collaboration across agile teams to ensure solution quality and continuous improvement.
• In this role, you will develop expertise in applying AI tools to business analysis, including prompt engineering and automating repetitive tasks, gain deep exposure to insurance domains such as underwriting and claims, enhance your stakeholder management and facilitation skills, and drive measurable impact by optimizing client workflows and validating AI-powered outcomes.

🎯 Requirements

• Proven Business Analysis experience with meaningful exposure to the insurance sector (underwriting, claims, policy administration, or distribution)
• Proven ability to run client-facing workshops and influence senior stakeholders, including the confidence to challenge established thinking constructively
• Practical, hands-on experience with AI tools, including prompt engineering, building AI-assisted workflows, and understanding LLM behaviour and limitations
• High standard of written and verbal communication
• Multilingual skills: Fluency in English, with the ability to write and speak multiple languages considered advantageous
