Full Job Description
📋 Description
- • As a Business Analyst at Gratia, Inc., you will join a remote-first, apprenticeship-based platform that connects top-tier global clients with skilled analysts delivering precise, actionable insights. Your work will directly support organizations like USA Today Co. and New York Life, contributing to Gratia’s 88.2 NPS by solving complex business problems through data-driven analysis and strategic recommendations.
- • You will operate within a tiered career track (Associate A2, Analyst A3, Senior A4), progressing based on demonstrated technical skills, client impact, and readiness to lead—moving from executing standard projects to shaping strategy and mentoring others through real-world experience, not just theory.
- • Day to day, you will: conduct financial modeling and analytics including 3-statement models, DCF valuations, and scenario forecasting; design go-to-market and RevOps strategies by optimizing sales processes and CRM configurations; map and automate business workflows using tools like Zapier and Make to drive operational efficiency; transform complex datasets into clear Tableau or Power BI visualizations enhanced with ML-powered insights; conduct market intelligence work including TAM/SAM/SOM analysis, competitive research, and industry narrative development; create investor-ready decks and executive presentations that communicate complex ideas with clarity and visual impact; develop corporate roadmaps, SWOT analyses, and growth frameworks to support strategic planning; and manage end-to-end project delivery including risk registers, resource allocation, and stakeholder alignment.
- • You will collaborate directly with senior client stakeholders and Gratia project teams, applying business acumen to structure challenges, drive execution mastery, and deliver reference-quality work that is accurate, timely, and polished—while continuously adapting to new tools and evolving project demands.
- • Gratia fosters a community of top talent where you can share knowledge, access mentorship, and earn specialist designations in high-demand domains through real project work and peer feedback.
- • In this role, you will grow your expertise across multiple analytical disciplines, build a portable portfolio of impact, and advance your career through transparent progression criteria (AQS, Peer Review, Client Feedback), all while enjoying the autonomy of independent practice backed by a supportive global network.
🎯 Requirements
- • Proven experience in at least two of the following: financial modeling & analytics, go-to-market & RevOps, process design & automation, data analytics & visualization, market intelligence, narrative & design, business planning & growth, or project management & delivery.
- • Demonstrated ability to lead client conversations, provide high-level guidance, and communicate complex ideas clearly and professionally to stakeholders at all levels.
- • Experience from MBB (McKinsey, Bain, BCG), Big 4, or another recognized consulting firm is a strong plus.
- • A natural interest in data-driven storytelling and comfort working with modern, AI-enhanced analytical workflows.
- • Flexible schedule allowing consistent daily overlap with US business hours for real-time collaboration.
🏖️ Benefits
- • Fully remote work with global clients, offering flexibility to design your professional rhythm while earning fair global compensation.
- • Structured apprenticeship pathway with mentorship and real project exposure, enabling advancement from Associate to Lead based on performance, not tenure.
- • Access to a supportive community of top-tier analysts where you can share knowledge, access opportunities, and earn specialist designations in high-demand domains.
- • Direct engagement with leaders at innovative global organizations such as USA Today Co., Endeavor, and New York Life, elevating your professional profile and network.
- • Transparent growth framework guided by AQS, Peer Review, and Client Feedback, putting you in control of your career development and skill validation.
