📋 Description

• As a Business Analyst at TechTorch, you will be instrumental in bridging the critical gap between intricate business needs and actionable technology solutions. You will translate complex business requirements into clear, structured documentation that empowers technical teams and ensures comprehension for senior leadership. Your role will involve close collaboration with business leaders, delivery managers, and engineering teams to meticulously analyze current operational processes, harness the power of data and AI-driven insights, and actively support the design and successful delivery of scalable digital solutions. These solutions will span across our core practice areas: Artificial Intelligence (AI), enterprise data platforms, and modern Customer Relationship Management (CRM) ecosystems.
• You will serve as a key liaison, fostering seamless communication and alignment between business stakeholders and technical delivery teams. This ensures that the execution of projects directly supports and achieves overarching business objectives.
• A core responsibility will be the comprehensive gathering, meticulous documentation, and in-depth analysis of detailed business and functional requirements. This applies across all our initiative types, including AI, data, and CRM projects, ensuring a thorough understanding of scope and deliverables.
• You will be tasked with mapping both current-state and future-state business processes. This involves identifying critical gaps, pinpointing inefficiencies, and proactively recommending opportunities for optimization, automation, and digital transformation.
• A significant part of your role will involve analyzing operational and business data. This deep dive aims to uncover critical trends, identify potential risks, and understand key performance drivers that inform strategic decision-making and solution development.
• You will be responsible for creating insightful dashboards, comprehensive reports, and compelling visualizations. Proficiency in tools such as Excel, SQL, Power BI, or Tableau will be essential for effectively communicating data-driven insights.
• You will leverage cutting-edge AI tools to enhance your analytical capabilities, accelerate the generation of insights, and support the prototyping of early concepts and innovative solution approaches, staying at the forefront of technological advancements.
• Your ability to translate high-level business needs into precise functional specifications, well-defined user stories, and clear acceptance criteria will be crucial for guiding development efforts.
• You will partner closely with developers, architects, and product owners throughout the solution lifecycle. This collaboration ensures that the design, implementation, and testing phases are robust, efficient, and aligned with business requirements.
• You will actively support delivery tracking by managing requirements backlogs, identifying and mitigating dependencies, and ensuring the timely completion of deliverables, contributing to project success and client satisfaction.
• Facilitating productive workshops, engaging stakeholder sessions, and leading working meetings across the entire project lifecycle will be a key aspect of your role, ensuring continuous alignment and progress.
• You will play a vital role in evaluating the effectiveness of delivered solutions, gathering feedback, and contributing to ongoing continuous improvement initiatives to enhance future project outcomes.
• While not strictly mandatory, you will have the opportunity to work on CRM-related initiatives, with exposure to Salesforce being a valuable asset.
• This role is designed for individuals with a strong consulting mindset and practical experience in executing technology-driven transformation programs. 🎯 Requirements

• 6+ years of experience as a Business Analyst or in a similar role within consulting or enterprise environments.
• Proven experience working on technology and digital transformation projects, with a focus on data, AI, CRM, or automation initiatives.
• Strong analytical skills with hands-on experience using data analysis and visualization tools such as Excel, SQL, Power BI, or Tableau.
• Background in management or technology consulting (e.g., Big 4, MBB, or equivalent) is strongly preferred.
• Familiarity with Agile, Scrum, or Waterfall delivery methodologies.
• Excellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to engage effectively with both technical teams and senior business stakeholders.
