📋 Description
- • As a Business Analyst at WhiteTech, you will contribute to conducting detailed business analysis, understanding market dynamics, and enhancing product offerings by working closely with internal teams and external partners to ensure products meet and exceed evolving customer needs in the financial ecosystem.
- • Day to day, you will conduct comprehensive business analysis for fintech projects, analyze industry trends and competitor strategies, collect and prioritize product requirements from stakeholders, develop use cases and user stories, identify product and process gaps, work with third-party developers on API/SDK integration, provide technical support to sales and operations teams, participate in testing and monitoring post-integration, create technical documentation and training materials, and manage knowledge transfer through product demonstrations.
