Full Job Description
đź“‹ Description
- • Drive data-driven decision-making for a Fortune 100 Food & Beverage leader that has partnered with FuseGlobal for two decades. This 12-month contract (with strong extension potential) places you at the heart of the Data & Analytics Product Management team, where every insight you surface directly influences how millions of consumers experience iconic brands.
- • Own the full requirements lifecycle—from initial stakeholder interviews through final sign-off—across consumer behavior, digital media, and core business processes. You will translate complex, often ambiguous needs into crisp user stories that engineers can build against and executives can trust.
- • Act as the primary liaison between Product Owners, Scrum Masters, Architects, Data Engineers, and business partners in Marketing, Sales, E-commerce, and Consumer Insights. Your ability to speak both “business” and “technical” will keep cross-functional teams aligned and sprint goals on track.
- • Facilitate collaborative workshops, story-mapping sessions, and backlog-grooming meetings to ensure every feature delivers measurable value. You will champion a culture of continuous discovery, constantly validating assumptions with real customer data and market signals.
- • Design and execute usability testing plans that surface friction points before they reach production. By iterating quickly on prototypes and dashboards, you will raise end-user satisfaction scores and reduce costly rework.
- • Translate raw data into compelling narratives. Whether it’s a 90-second executive summary or a deep-dive Tableau dashboard, your deliverables will empower stakeholders to act with confidence.
- • Participate fully in agile ceremonies—daily stand-ups, sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives—while maintaining a weekly drumbeat of stakeholder demos. Your presence ensures transparency and keeps momentum high.
- • Champion data governance and quality standards. You will define acceptance criteria that enforce completeness, accuracy, and timeliness, ensuring every analytic product meets enterprise-grade reliability.
- • Identify automation opportunities that reduce manual reporting overhead by 20–40%. By partnering with Data Engineering, you will help scale insights without scaling headcount.
- • Contribute to a culture of experimentation. Whether A/B testing a new e-commerce flow or modeling promotion elasticity, you will design test plans, measure statistical significance, and socialize learnings across the organization.
- • Stay ahead of industry trends—CDP adoption, cookie-less measurement, AI-driven personalization—and translate emerging capabilities into actionable roadmaps that keep the company at the forefront of CPG innovation.
- • Enjoy the flexibility of remote Fridays after four days on-site in St. Louis, where you’ll collaborate in modern, product-centric workspaces designed for creativity and speed.
🎯 Requirements
- • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Data Analytics, Computer Science, or related field
- • 3–5 years of hands-on experience as a Business Analyst, Product Analyst, or Data Analyst within consumer goods, retail, or digital media environments
- • Demonstrated ability to write detailed user stories, acceptance criteria, and process flows that engineers can execute against
- • Strong SQL skills and experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or Looker; familiarity with Python or R for ad-hoc analysis is a plus
- • Proven track record of facilitating agile ceremonies and managing a groomed product backlog in Jira, Azure DevOps, or similar platforms
🏖️ Benefits
- • 40-hour work week with hybrid flexibility: on-site Monday–Thursday in St. Louis, remote every Friday
- • 12-month initial term with high probability of extension based on performance and business need
- • Opportunity to influence household-name brands and shape data products that reach millions of consumers daily
- • Collaborative, product-centric culture backed by a 20-year partnership between FuseGlobal and the Fortune 100 client
