Business Analyst (AI Enablement Team)

📋 Description

• • Join CACI’s AI Enablement Team as a Business Analyst supporting rapid 1–2 month AI engagements across Federal programs. You’ll work alongside engineers to understand mission needs, identify high-value AI opportunities, and turn complex business problems into clear technical requirements.
• • Conduct discovery interviews and workshops to understand mission workflows, pain points, and constraints; translate needs into clear requirements, user stories, acceptance criteria, and process maps; map business problems to AI capabilities (RAG, conversational AI, agents) and validate feasibility with engineers.
• • Collaborate with a technically driven team focused on enabling Federal programs to adopt AI solutions quickly and effectively, contributing to mission success through innovation and precision.
• • Develop expertise in AI enablement frameworks, refine discovery templates and assessment tools, and gain hands-on experience in translating business needs into actionable AI use cases while building stakeholder trust and technical fluency.
